Our Pipe Laser Cutting Machine adopts special CNC system for laser cutting, with a library of laser cutting process parameters, easy to learn and more comprehensive compatibility, through the CNC system can easily and quickly convert a variety of cutting auxiliary gases, more flexible and efficient processing. Full stroke clamping, no need to change the fixture, chuck clamping workpiece can be automatically centered, automatic centering, clamping stable and firm, to ensure cutting accuracy, and to ensure that the pipe will not be deformed due to excessive force of the fixture.

Environmental requirements:

Reduce dust: Because there are many optical components and precision electronic components inside the laser equipment, it is required to install in a less dusty environment

Ambient temperature: 4 degrees Celsius-32 degrees Celsius. When the equipment is running, the ambient temperature cannot exceed 32 degrees Celsius. Because the power of the laser power supply is very high, some power devices need to emit heat in time when they are running. If the ambient temperature is too high, it will not be able to dissipate heat normally, which will cause the entire system. The work is unstable and even damaged. In winter, it is necessary to prevent the cooling water from freezing, because the laser crystal, xenon lamp, and condenser cavity are all filled with water, and freezing will directly cause damage to these devices. In winter, if it is not running for a long time, drain the water in the cavity; if it is turned on again, refill the water and turn on the power air switch. When the temperature is above 4 degrees Celsius, turn on the host again. (It is strongly required that the equipment cannot be used outdoors or under low temperature and freezing conditions, otherwise the equipment will be easily damaged)
