Matters needing attention

1. The electric hoist is used for the first time when connected to electricity. The total power supply only needs to connect 3 live wire, if the electric hoist does not respond or does not start, is also normal, because the electric hulu has a phase sequence protector, the phase sequence will not start, need to swap any two of the three live wires and reconnect them

2. The electric hoist has been refueled before leaving the factory, no need to refuel for the first use. Generally used for live months, according to the specific situation, oil the electric hoist again, chain oil should be added for the first use of the chain, otherwise it will cause the chain or sprocket and other accessories to wear.

3. The electric hoist comes with a limit, automatically cut off power when the cargo rises to the top . but it does not play a full control role, if you rushing top is caused by improper use, for a along time, it will cause the stopper to malfunction, the electric hoist is also easily broken, so pay attention to the top when operating, avoid prolonged collision or hit the limit multiple times.

4. The chain tail cannot be installed anywhere, just drop naturally in the chain bag, otherwise, it will jam the limit or even damage the gear box.

5. Running type initial installation, the body of the machine will tilt when empty, is normal, please rest assured.
